Waterfront on Goodnow Flow, one of the most private and peaceful lakes in the Adirondacks. The Association maintains the dam and boat launch, and leases about 8,000 acres of land around the Flow for members to explore. Annual dues are $1,200, and while short-term rentals aren't allowed, you may be glad for that.
