During the summer months owners are welcome to use the Canoe Club on the shores of Lake Placid for lakefront activities. Suite 317 is a 3-bedroom, 3 bath residence with an open plan dining/living room/kitchen, cozy fireplace, and walk out patio/balcony. Interval 5 is available for sale. Ownership is 1/12 deed (one week every 12 weeks forever, minimum of 4 weeks per year), which may be sold, willed, transferred or rented.
