A local institution, offered with the building. This location has served Au Sable Forks as a pizza restaurant for 36 years, under its current operator since 2009, and has a loyal, dedicated following to show for it. It's the only full-menu lunch and dinner spot in town; the next nearest options are in neighboring towns. Known for its pizza, it offers a full menu of burgers, salads, wings, appetizers and regular specials, plus a bar with 12 craft beers on tap. The location previously held a full liquor license, giving a new owner the option to pursue one. Sales have grown steadily year over year. Currently open just five days a week with afternoon and evening hours, and with food costs running well above industry averages, there's clear room for a new owner to grow. The building includes the dining room, bar and a fully equipped commercial kitchen, plus a bedroom and full bath with a separate entrance. All kitchen equipment is included, and the owner is open to providing some training for a smooth transition. A rare opportunity on the main route through town.
