New construction
completed in 2007. Many special features added of which the
following are just a few. Granite countertops, hardwood
cabinets, ceramic tile floors in kitchen and bath areas, gas
fireplace in living room finished with cultured stone, gas
woodstove in family room also finished in cultured stone, cedar
post and twig work railings on stairway, chandelier, skylight,
cathedral ceilings, knotty pine walls and ceilings and more. The
master bedroom features include a master bath, a walk in closet
and a balcony deck.
Construction
also included a one car detached garage with overhead space.
This space has been finished in Knotty pine, is heated with a
monitor heating system and is currently used as a fitness
center. There was a back up generator installed in case of power
outages a treated lumber patio with Hot tub, and a volleyball
net.
The
heating system is Weil McClain oil fired hot water with four
zones and there is a 200 amp electrical service. Domestic hot
water is furnished on demand through the furnace. This is a very
nice home and is currently in use as a vacation rental.
